The honest summary: the Division collects the minimum required to sell you popcorn, hold your pre-order, and tell you when the run ships. Your data is not sold, rented, or traded. We are attempting to be a popcorn company, not a data company, and we intend to keep failing upward at exactly one of those.

What is collected

Email address — when you join the notification list, place a pre-order, or contact us.
Order information — name, shipping address, and items purchased, once purchasing exists. Payment details are processed by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
Basic site analytics — aggregate, non-identifying usage data, so the records office knows which pages are actually read.

What is done with it

Fulfilling and supporting your orders.
Holding your pre-order and emailing you to confirm it before any payment.
Emailing you about the next run and new flavors, if you subscribed.
Improving the site.

That is the complete list. There is no secret second list.

Unsubscribing

Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works on the first click. Alternatively, email privacy@kernando.com and a human removes you by hand.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data held about you, request correction, or request deletion. Email privacy@kernando.com; requests are handled within 30 days, usually much faster, because the file on you is genuinely thin.

Cookies

A small number of functional cookies are used (for example, remembering your cart). No third-party ad-tracking cookies.

Amendments

Material changes to this policy will be noted here with a new revision date, and subscribers will be notified if affected.
