Shipping
- Shipments are dispatched to all fifty United States.
- Orders over $40 ship free. Below that threshold, a flat $6 applies. The Division does not do shipping-cost suspense.
- Orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days of filing. Transit is typically 2–5 business days depending on jurisdiction.
- A tracking link is issued by email the moment your box enters circulation.
- International shipping is not yet authorized. It is on the list, directly after "be in stock."
Returns & problems
This is food; an opened bag cannot re-enter inventory. The Division has therefore made resolution your problem to choose and ours to execute:
- Arrived damaged, late, wrong, or not at all? File at hello@kernando.com with your order number. Resolution is replacement or refund — your selection, no interrogation, no forms beyond the first.
- Genuinely did not enjoy it? Report which flavor failed you and why, within 30 days, and your first order is refunded. The Division values testimony over revenue.
- Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The policy, in one line
If your order isn't right, the Division fixes it. Popcorn should not require an appeals process.
